Alison Joseph is a Nationally Board Certified Nurse practitioner and Wellness Speaker. In her practice, JBA Concierge Medicine, she helps clients optimize their wellness goals through motivation, education, and information. She essentially helps exhausted clients restore their energy, and feel their best!
Alison earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Russell Sage College in 2007 and her Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner from Sage Graduate School in 2014. In 2003 she also attained a World History degree from SUNY Albany. She has worked in Primary care, Orthopedic trauma, and Neurosurgery in a variety of settings including a Level 1 Trauma center and local community hospitals. She is currently undergoing coursework in Functional Medicine through the IFM.
Through Alison's years of experience, she has been both a patient and provider, as a parent, child, sister, aunt, niece, significant other, and friend of other patients. She has learned that there is a great capacity and ability for care to be human and to feel heard, seen, and safe. This is the care she provides.
John Brown is an NYS licensed LPN, Music Engineer, Producer, Vocalist for Victory Soul Orchestra, and DJ. He has been featured in multiple publications, podcasts, and newspapers served as a leader in the community, and performed music around the globe. He has also worked directly with local and worldwide artists to help them realize their musical aspirations. John has big energy that fills a room. As a natural entertainer, he is skilled at commanding crowds, redirecting, and refocusing in a gentle, welcoming, and comedic way.
In his practice, JBA Concierge Medicine, John provides insight and what we call “gems” of knowledge that helps reorganize stale thought processes to achieve wellness and personal goals as a Health and Wellness Coach.
John earned his LPN from Albany Memorial School Of Nursing in 2004. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Albany in 2008. John has worked in Primary care, Ophthalmology, and Neurology in a variety of settings during his career.
