Pre-Diabetes/Diabetes Package (6 -1 hour visits)
- Medication prescribing if necessary (goal is for temporary use)
- Guidance on self-monitoring
- Lab work*
- Monthly evaluations in person or virtually (1 hour)
- Dietary/Lifestyle education including; fasting, cleansing, and review of diet logs
- Alternative supplement and treatment recommendations
- Referrals if indicated (i.e. podiatry, ophthalmology, endocrinology)
- The goal of reducing hemoglobin A1C to 6.4 or lower
- Expires 1 year after the first visit.
Prehypertension/ Hypertension (6 -1 hour visits)
- Medication prescribing if necessary (goal is for temporary use)
- Lab work*
- EKG
- Guidance on self-monitoring
- Monthly evaluations in person or virtually (1 hour)
- Dietary/Lifestyle education including; fasting, cleansing, and review of diet logs
- Alternative supplement and treatment recommendations
- Referrals if indicated (echocardiogram, stress test, cardiology)
- The goal of reducing blood pressure to <120/80 or lower
- Expires 1 year after the first visit.
Athlete's Package (1-1 hour visit, 1 phone call)
- Physical Exam
- EKG
- Labs-
- Thyroid
- Cholesterol
- Complete blood count
- Metabolic panel
- Hemoglobin A1C (diabetes)
- HIV if needed*
- Education/Advisement
- Includes Sports paperwork
*includes 1 follow-up call to review results.
